HIRING IMMEDIATELY: GENERAL LABOR IN DEVENS, MA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a General Labor to join our team in Devens, MA. This individual will be responsible for operating corrugator & converting machines. Pay, Schedule and Location

• Ranging from $21.76/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st shift: 5 am - 1 pm
• Located in Devens, MA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate our corrugator & converting machines to produce corrugated packaging
• Perform routine maintenance on the machine & adjust the machine settings to achieve the desired dimensions and quality of the corrugated products
• Inspect the corrugated products for defects and take corrective actions as needed
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met safely with quality products
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as loading and unloading materials or operating other machinery & mentoring new team members

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience with high-speed, high-volume work
• Ability to read and understand basic English
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a warehouse with various temperatures
• You may work up to 12-hour shifts if OT is necessary
• Attention to detail, able to read a tape measure ability to identify product defects
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work required OT including Saturdays
