Design and develop system solutions in collaboration with IT teams, ensuring scalability and fulfillment of business requirements. Conduct testing and quality assurance, identifying and resolving system issues effectively. Lead user training sessions and provide advanced support, maintaining detailed project documentation. Drive report modernization initiatives to enhance data accuracy and accessibility. Streamline reporting processes by implementing advanced analytics and visualization tools. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate modern reporting solutions. Improve efficiency and decision making through automated and real time reporting capabilities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in report generation and distribution. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in customer management and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Expertise in project management methodologies and tools. Experience in system design and development, particularly in collaboration with IT teams. Proficient in testing and quality assurance processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with advanced analytics and visualization tools. Experience in report modernization and data management. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in reporting. Experience with automated reporting solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a support function.
