UI/UX Designer

Job Location: Corporate - Dallas, TX 75201 Position Type: Full Time At MegPrime Pay, we're building the future of digital payments by bridging traditional finance and digital assets through thoughtful design and technology. Responsibilities Design web product experiences from concept through production-ready interfaces. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity UI in Figma and code. Use AI tools to clarify intent, draft design specs, and surface risks, edge cases, and user scenarios before design begins—reducing ambiguity and accelerating execution. Build interactive prototypes and collaborate with engineers using Cursor, ClaudeCode, and modern front-end workflows. Design motion graphics, UI animations, micro-interactions, and marketing assets. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing from discovery through launch. Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate based on qualitative and quantitative feedback. Stay current on UI/UX, AI, fintech, crypto, and emerging design trends. Qualifications & Requirements 3–5 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience. Portfolio showing end-to-end web product design. Experience building design systems, prototypes, and production-ready specs. Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted workflows preferred. Experience with motion/UI animation tools. Strong fundamentals in typography, interaction design, accessibility, and visual systems. Comfortable working directly with engineers and product teams. Experience in crypto, fintech, or payments is a plus. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Based in our Uptown Dallas office.
