EPIC Clarity BI Analyst (100% REMOTE/NO C2C) Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of the largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished EPIC Clarity Clinical Analyst . NOTE: THIS IS A 100% REMOTE ROLE & ONLY W2 CANDIDATES/NO C2C/1099 Candidate must be authorized to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship Position Details Title: EPIC Clarity Clinical Informatics Specialist (Job ID # 2888015) Duration: 6 months + strong possibility of extension Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training 3-5 years of application reporting experience with Epic Clarity Data Model, Epic Radar, or Epic Reporting Workbench In-depth knowledge of business intelligence functions, advanced analytics, industry standards, and best practices Advanced expertise in Epic clinical and administrative workflows Responsibilities Analyze complex regulatory reports, identify trends, and develop forecasts and strategic plans based on data insights Collaborate with clinical and business units to understand data requirements and create reporting specifications Optimize enterprise BI tools by defining valuable data filters and indexes Report to the Regulatory and Quality Reporting Manager, focusing on data collection, metric validation, and analytic presentation Work with clinical, business, and IT partners to develop reports supporting strategic regulatory decisions Participate in performance improvement initiatives across various healthcare domains Ensure accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate improvements in clinical outcomes and healthcare utilization If this position aligns with your skills and career goals, I look forward to connecting with you promptly.
