The incumbent serves as a subject matter expert in modeling, aggregating, and delivering data from multiple sources, including the Cancer Registry, Clinical Research Management System (CRMS), and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. This position supports a variety of clinical research workflows with a focus on data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support research operations and decision‑making. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, fulfilling ad hoc data requests, and ensuring the timely delivery of accurate, actionable data to support UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center (JCCC) faculty and staff. Salary: $9,075 - $20,125 monthly Job Qualifications Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field; supplemented with a minimum of 7years of related work/project experience Strong knowledge of ETL process and design/data modeling. Previous experience with BI tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a complex, matrix teamenvironment; experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate up, downand across levels of the organization Experience organizing and managing detailed information. Strong analytical and problemresolutionskills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule, and meet deadlines. Preferred: Previous experience with OMOP modelling.
