Registered Nurse - Special Care Nursery - Nights

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October. Position Highlights: Sign On Bonus: $25,000 for candidates with at least 18 months of experience within Special care nursery clinical specialty (with parameters) Special Care Nursery is a level 2E Location: Elmhurst, IL Full Time 36 hours Hours: Nights 7 PM - 7 AM rotating weekends and rotating holidays required A Brief Overview: The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
