Are you ready to be part of an exciting team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility ?

City Kia of Greater Orlando is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.

Qualified applicants may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500!

Previous automotive, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required . We are looking for individuals who are motivated, professional, organized, and have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls.

• Respond to Internet Leads through phone calls and email.

• Effectively identify customer needs through professional questioning and active listening.

• Schedule appointments for the Service Department.

• Provide every customer with a positive and professional experience.

• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system.

• Follow up with customers to maximize appointment opportunities and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated individuals.

• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.

• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with CDK and XTime is a bonus.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to professionally and persuasively communicate with customers to set appointments.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work at a high pace in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent computer skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Valid Driver's License required.
