Program Manager II, Corporate Sponsorship

***Please note this is a limited term role with an estimated duration of two years***

Seattle Children’s is seeking a strategic, multi-disciplinary, Program Manager II – Creative Lead, Corporate Sponsorships (LTE) to join our Brand & Creative Services team. In this hybrid role, you will shape the creative narrative and direct the high-level strategy for Seattle Children’s systemwide campaigns, corporate partner programs and co-branded initiatives.

Sitting at the intersection of brand strategy, creative/copy direction and sponsorship program management, you will be responsible for defining the creative vision and voice that bridges Seattle Children’s mission with campaign and corporate partner goals. You will concept and craft messaging frameworks and ensure creative consistency across sponsorship tactics. You will oversee sponsorship growth driving meaningful brand alignment. Partnering with project managers and production partners you will handle day-to-day tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Strategy and Creative Direction

• Creative Vision & Campaign Integration: Establish overarching creative foundations and concepts for corporate partner campaigns and patient-experience activations.
• Concept & Message Framing : Evaluate mission-aligned approach for co-branded initiatives, pitch decks, executive/donor messaging, and digital channels.
• Brand Voice & Governance: Ensure all creative touchpoints authentically reflect Seattle Children’s brand while balancing sponsor guidelines and healthcare compliance regulations.
• Sponsorship Stewardship: Lead brainstorming sessions and creative pitch presentations to internal stakeholders and external corporate leadership.

2. Sponsorship Program Strategy & Stakeholder Direction

• Program Strategy & Value Alignment: Partner with Brand and Creative Services teams to design strategic sponsorship frameworks that deliver high return on objective (ROO) and return on investment (ROI) for corporate sponsors.
• Creative Advisory: Act as the senior creative and strategy consultant for corporate sponsors, guiding sponsors on how to best align their brand with Seattle Children’s mission.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Production Oversight: Approve final creative deliverables, providing direction to internal designers, project managers, and agency partners responsible for tactical execution and production logistics.
• Budget & Scope Governance: Oversee overall campaign and creative production allocations, prioritizing creative investments that drive maximum brand equity and engagement.

Ideal Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Creative Direction, Communications, Advertising/Copywriting, Marketing, Brand Strategy, or equivalent practical experience.

Strategic Marketing: Proven experience driving high-level corporate partnership concepts, campaign co-branding, or strategic program management.

Creative Direction & Copywriting Experience: 10+ years of experience leading creative strategy, conceptualizing multi-channel campaigns, and writing high-impact marketing copy within an agency or in-house brand team.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction, campaign concepting, and writing samples across integrated media (digital, print, experiential, or storytelling decks). Including developing ground up programs; concepts to activations.

Strategic Communication: Outstanding presentation, narrative-building, and executive presence with a demonstrated ability to influence corporate stakeholders, creative partners, and internal leadership.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five (5) years experience in a lead role overseeing program/project management.
Four (4) years experience working on quality and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams; including data collection, analysis and reporting.
Proven record of project completion, program planning, execution and status reporting.
Demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary team, committees, activities and staff.

Preferred Qualifications ("Nice to Haves")

• Sports Marketing & Enterprise Partnerships: Prior experience directing co-branded storytelling within sports marketing, venue activations, or major enterprise sponsor networks.
• Agency Experience: Experience serving as a Creative Director or Lead Copywriter, in an agency setting.
• Healthcare / Non-Profit Familiarity with navigating brand safety, ethical marketing, or regulatory considerations in non-profit or healthcare spaces.

Compensation Range

$110,122.00 - $165,182.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
