Sr Corporate Strategy Manager - Strategic Pricing

We develop the business logic and economic analysis behind pricing decisions for all brands, products, and services, and we leverage our expertise to help leaders across the company tackle their most important challenges. This role coordinates and owns workstreams on projects that tackle complex and ambiguous problems spanning pricing strategy, economic assessments, and value proposition development to drive transformational outcomes for T-Mobile's customers and the business. A Sr. Corporate Strategy Manager plans projects across multiple workstreams, performs analyses, and works with senior decision makers to turn insights into decisions.Job Responsibilities:Frame problems with an enterprise-wide view: work closely with internal clients to understand key business issues and structure problem solving approaches.Extract and analyze data.Build economic, pricing, and other decision-making models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options.Synthesize recommendations and understand their impact on the business.Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.Education and Work Experience:​Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)Acceptable areas of study include Business (Finance, Accounting, Finance), Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative/technical fields. (Required)2+ years Management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy (Preferred)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Problem Solving: "Consulting-style" problem solving that can break complex ambiguous problems into pieces using a hypothesis-driven approach; structuring multiple workstreams and identify interdependencies. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this role based on hiring location, T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance.
