Position Overview
The AP & Collections Specialist will be an integral member of the accounting team, supporting both accounts payable and collections activities across multiple business entities. This role offers broad exposure and the opportunity to contribute to day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities (AP & Collections Specialist):
• Review, code, and process invoices while ensuring appropriate approvals through electronic workflow systems
• Prepare and manage daily and weekly payment runs
• Maintain and update vendor records, including W-9s, banking details, and insurance documentation


Qualifications (AP & Collections Specialist):
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally within accounts payable, accounts receivable, or collections
• Prior experience performing general ledger reconciliations
