Family Law Paralegal

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM The Siemon Law Firm, P.C. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our growing team in our Cumming office. If you are passionate about helping families through challenging legal matters and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, Job Duties: Support multiple attorneys in all aspects of family law cases Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents Maintain case files and manage deadlines Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Coordinate hearings, meetings, and case events Prepare and file court documents through e-filing systems Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation Meet established billable hour expectations Our Training Program We are committed to setting our paralegals up for success. During your first 90 days, you will participate in our Paralegal Development Training Program, which includes: In-person training at our Cumming office Structured onboarding and hands‑on learning Ongoing virtual mentorship with a Senior or Managing Paralegal Following successful completion of the program, team members may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule based on performance and business needs. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of family law paralegal experience 4 Year Degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with case management software (Clio experience is a plus) Professional, compassionate, and client-focused Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
