Paralegal - Law Clerk - Family Law at The Law Offices of Precious Felder, LLC Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities Conduct legal research and prepare written memoranda on case law, statutes, rules, and regulations. Draft, proofread, and edit a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, correspondence, contracts, and settlement agreements. Assist with trial preparation, including compiling exhibits, preparing witness files, and organizing case materials. Support attorneys in civil litigation, family law, and probate proceedings, including case management and filing with state and federal courts. Coordinate and assist in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Manage case deadlines, track court dates, and maintain organized case files. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and third parties in a professional and efficient manner. Perform administrative tasks related to case management, including docketing and document management. Qualifications Paralegal certificate, or equivalent relevant experience. Prior experience in civil litigation, legal research, trial prep, and probate law (a plus). Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, or Fastcase) and case management software. Exceptional legal writing, editing, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
