Associate/Mid‑Level Supplier Quality Requirements Planner – The Boeing Company Location: Mesa, AZ Division: Boeing Global Services Position Overview Support the Mesa site sustainment programs by ensuring compliance with contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements throughout the development lifecycle of hardware and its supply base. Responsibilities Review contractual requirements and supplier statements of work. Integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into proposals, program processes, and documentation. Examine supplier purchase contracts for completeness and accuracy. Manage site quality clauses and contractual requirements for suppliers. Engage in early quality improvement efforts with suppliers. Develop quality metrics and plans to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements. Perform supplier performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of experience solving technical problems. 1+ year of purchasing experience (e.g., issuing RFPs, evaluating bids, placing purchase orders, paying invoices). Preferred experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or another highly regulated industry. Experience in Quality Planning, Quality Requirements/Q‑Clause, and contractual reviews. Previous experience with quality.
