Position Summary SMIL is seeking a full‑time, fellowship‑trained MSK Radiologist to join our well‑established, multi‑specialty practice located in Scottsdale, AZ. The role focuses predominantly on musculoskeletal imaging, offering opportunities to contribute to the growth of our high‑volume orthopedic imaging service and to perform imaging‑guided MSK procedures. Majority of work to be in MSK (minimum 80%) Perform imaging‑guided MSK procedures No mammography, nuclear medicine, or interventional radiology responsibilities Shift assignment, call responsibility, and vacation allotment are all shared equally Partnership track offered Locally‑managed AI‑enabled IT platform with 24×7 IT support and a dedicated communications team, including Radiologist Support Coordinators (RSCs) PowerScribe, InteleRad, and Epic support an efficient, connected workflow across reporting, imaging, and clinical systems Salary plus comprehensive benefit package – base salary plus productivity bonuses; partnership track and additional shareholder opportunity with the physician‑owned SMIL Outpatient Imaging Centers; internal moonlighting opportunities available Local Practice and Community Overview Southwest Medical Imaging (SMIL) is a 70+ highly subspecialized radiology practice based in Scottsdale, AZ. In addition to owning and operating nearly 20 outpatient imaging centers, SMIL serves a healthcare network consisting of six hospitals. The practice is known for clinical excellence and superior service in all areas of imaging and intervention, emphasizing physician‑leadership, teamwork, and clinical quality. Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
