Licensed Physical Therapy Manager

Leading the day-to-day operations of the Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) Care Navigation team, the full-time Licensed Physical Therapy Manager will oversee team performance, workflow execution, and continuous process improvement while collaborating with various departments to ensure operational excellence. Key responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop RTM Care Navigation employees and contractors, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management Establish and monitor team responsibilities, quality standards, and operational processes to ensure alignment with RTM program standards Track and analyze operational KPIs, productivity, and patient engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient, home-based, orthopedic, or rehabilitation care settings Minimum of 3 years of management experience in clinical or rehabilitation operations Experience managing teams and workflows within a healthcare or clinical operations setting Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, documentation requirements, and compliance standards Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards and operational performance metrics
