Occupational Therapist (OT) – OutpatientThe Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical, developmental, or cognitive impairments to improve their ability to perform daily activities. This role focuses on enhancing functional independence, improving quality of life, and delivering patient-centered care in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.Must-Have Qualifications• Minimum 1–2+ years of Occupational Therapist experience (Outpatient preferred) • Active Michigan Occupational Therapist License (Required prior to start) • BLS Certification (AHA – Required) • Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT or equivalent) • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and ADL trainingPreferred Qualifications• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings • Familiarity with EMR systems • Strong patient education and communication skillsWork Environment• Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic • Onsite role in Alpena, MI • Patient-focused clinical environmentAdditional Requirements• Must be flexible with day shifts and scheduling needs • Ability to manage varied caseloads • Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
