Internal Sales Associate, LatAm, Private Wealth Solutions

Overview Fortress Investment Group LLC is a global investment manager. The New York office has an opening for a Sales Associate in the Credit and Real Estate Business Capital Formation Group, focusing on Private Wealth distribution. Responsibilities Support external sales team member for their region/territory, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, roadshows, follow‑up calls, call campaigns, and everyday internal sales tasks. Make proactive daily sales calls to existing and prospective investors to strengthen relationships and build brand awareness within Private Wealth Management (PWM). Sourcing new leads and relationships within the RIA and regional/independent broker dealer community. Answer inbound requests from current and prospective investors and coordinate responses with their external team member. Work closely with the external sales team to develop business plans that generate and maximize sales within the territory. Collaborate with the IR team to manage and develop a CRM system focused on PWM, maximizing sales and generating reporting. Assist with administrative needs when appropriate. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a top university with a strong academic record. 2–3 years of alternative investment sales experience with wire houses, regional/independent broker dealers, and RIAs. Fluent in Spanish, written and oral. Credit and/or real estate experience is a strong plus. Prior experience in Private Wealth Management is a plus. Understanding of broad financial markets and indices. Advanced proficiency in CRM systems focused on alternative investments. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work independently or as a team player. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong work ethic and desire to excel in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Series 7 & 63 preferred. Compensation Base salary range: $100,000 to $140,000, subject to experience, geography, performance, and company factors. Additional compensation may include bonuses, overtime, deferred cash, benefits, and 401(k) contributions.
