Sales Analyst, Company Solutions

The Role Nasdaq Private Market is seeking a Sales Analyst to support the Company Solutions business. You will join the team that is helping many of the most innovative startups and private companies in the world achieve their liquidity goals prior to an IPO. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about their work, eager to learn, and excited about the future of the private markets. This professional will also be responsible for supporting private market research, analysis, and various day‑to‑day operations. Leveraging AI along with traditional sales tools, you will help automate certain activities, drive operational efficiencies, and improve upon sales pipeline and strategy. Responsibilities Act as a critical team member in supporting private company clients and prospects Leverage AI tools and systems to drive efficiencies and improve sales operations Lead research and analytical efforts to assist in maintaining current clients and identifying new opportunities Pull data for sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership Manage private company sales pipeline and opportunities Lead sales reporting for the team and management Assist in writing internal and external reports and marketing material Assess and respond to inbound client inquiries Drive improvements in sales targeting and other processes Maintain internal and external sales systems and tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Pitchbook, Claude, ChatGPT) Own CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and dashboards Gather market intelligence and complete ad hoc data analysis requests for support coverage Develop deep expertise with NPM’s suite of products and solutions Collaborate and support various teams to help achieve company‑wide goals Work cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology, Legal, and Compliance Requirements & Qualifications Strong work ethic and superior attention to detail Ability to efficiently manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines Analytical thinker who wants to have a meaningful impact in an industry‑leading company that is shaping the future of the private capital markets Experience with sales support or other similar functions Fintech, finance, consulting, customer success, or investment banking experience Aspiration to grow into a sales production capacity Ability to analyze data and synthesize into actionable insights Eager to learn multiple product offerings that support private companies and investors Salesforce, PitchBook, and AI tool expertise Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self‑starter who can thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
