About the Position
We are currently seeking experienced CDL A Drivers for our client in Moraine, Ohio. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $0.50 per mile, plus a layover fee of $50.00.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $0.50 per mile
- Layover Pay: $50.00
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Start Time: 5 AM
Job Details
- Route Type: Regional
- Freight: Hauling concrete walls
- Equipment: Automatic 2022 Freightliner Trucks
- Handling: No touch freight other than strapping/chaining; no tarping required
- Stops: 1 to 4 stops per day delivering to Columbus, Cincinnati, & Indiana areas
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the truck to transport freight to designated locations
- Ensure proper strapping and chaining of loads
- Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain compliance with DOT regulations
- Adhere to scheduled delivery times and routes
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- At least 1 year of flatbed experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
