• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
• Floating: May float to Neuro IMC as needed
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,830-$1,930

Job Requirements

• Active RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• Neuro ICU experience strongly preferred
• CCRN, SCRN, or CNRN certification preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Ability to work rotating day/night shifts and meet weekend and holiday expectations
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-acuity critical care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing for neurocritical care patients in an ICU setting
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to evolving clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective treatment plans
• Administer medications and therapies according to established protocols and nursing best practices
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Support safe patient transfers and provide coverage in the Neuro IMC unit when needed
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented approach while delivering compassionate care
