Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and quality
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance efficiency
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage budgets and financial performance, optimizing cost control

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
