Work Schedule Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm; additional hours and rotating weekends as required. Role Summary In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided with opportunities for continuous growth within the organization. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED or equivalent Valid California State issued Phlebotomy License Preferred Qualifications 1 or more month(s) of experience as a phlebotomist Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish and English Additional Job Standards In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Flexibility to work overtime as needed Able to attend 2‑week training in California Pay Range $21.00 - $33.00 per hour Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
