- Support day-to-day marketing, social media, and website needs.
- Coordinate with our external marketing and SEO agency on content, revisions, and approvals.
- Assist with content/shoot days, including preparation, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Create and update company graphics and marketing materials.
- Assist with planning and coordinating events, holiday activities, staff initiatives, and marketing-related activities.
- Help manage marketing calendars, deadlines, creative assets, and ongoing projects.
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and overall quality.
- Graphic design background or experience required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator, required; Photoshop is a plus.
- Portfolio or previous work samples strongly preferred.
- Strong visual sense and understanding of layout, typography, and branding.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content practices.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Fast learner who is proactive, reliable, and able to take direction and feedback well.
