Position Overview: The Channel Marketing Specialist at Renogy is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that support our network of distributors, dealers, and OEM/reseller partners. This role bridges marketing and sales enablement, working closely with the Sales and OEM teams to ensure our channel partners have the tools, materials, and campaigns they need to sell Renogy products effectively. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of partner marketing dynamics, is comfortable managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously, and is skilled at translating product and brand messaging into partner-facing content. Duties and Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for leading a variety of projects and day-to-day company operations including, but not limited to: Work closely with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales, and Designers to develop effective channel marketing materials. (Product materials, sales tools, POSM, dealer kits, brochures, displays, and other channel assets.) Support product launches, partner promotions, dealer activation, training, and co-marketing programs Support trade shows, dealer events, distributor events, and key customer marketing activities. Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to collect channel insights, improve partner engagement, and support business growth. Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign ideation, and partner communications, while ensuring all outputs align with Renogy's brand voice and messaging standards. Track and report on channel marketing performance metrics, including partner engagement, campaign ROI and lead generation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or trade marketing. Experience working with distributor or dealer networks. Strong project management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple partner programs simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication for creating partner facing content. Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize partner programs and campaigns. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Working Conditions: Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily. Hours occasionally exceed 40 hours per week. Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
