E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator

Role Description The ideal candidate is creative, organized, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple marketing channels. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys both creating compelling content and using sales and marketing data to understand what is working, identify opportunities, and improve campaign performance. The E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the team to plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and ongoing brand initiatives. Responsibilities include creating original digital and print content, managing social media and email campaigns, updating Shopify promotional content, developing discount and sales strategies, maintaining marketing calendars, and reviewing weekly sales and marketing performance. This role will also be responsible for repurposing original and user-generated content across social media, email, website, and paid advertising channels; preparing website assets and promotional messaging; monitoring key marketing KPIs; and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer retention, repeat purchases, and overall e-commerce revenue. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative and Data Entry skills to manage records, documentation, and daily operational tasks accurately. Familiarity with Shopify or another e-commerce platform, including product merchandising, promotions, discount codes, and website content updates. Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Omnisend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email tools) and be comfortable learning other business systems. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be able to work collaboratively within a team and independently, with reliable time management and problem-solving abilities. Working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Basic understanding of digital advertising and the ability to prepare or repurpose creative assets for Meta and other paid marketing channels. Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team environment where priorities may shift and responsibilities may span multiple areas of marketing and e-commerce. Experience with photography, videography, SEO, paid media, website design, UGC, or influencer marketing is a plus. Interest in outdoor recreation, backpacking, camping, or consumer outdoor products is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
