Lead Process Engineer

Job TitleEssential Duties and Responsibilities1. Lead engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in the expansion, development, deployment, and sustainment of manufacturing processes.2. Mentors and coaches other engineers and technicians.3. Assist management in developing and driving the execution of operational and strategic objectives.4. Drive high quality and efficiency in the manufacturing processes, operations and tools.5. Manages or prepares documentation, including experiments, component and equipment qualifications, assembly materials qualifications, etc.6. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.7. Understand. Create. Simplify.8. Our compensation ranges are based on the responsibilities of the role. Starting pay is determined individually and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and training. Candidates may be considered at different levels based on their background.
