XENITH Construction LLC is looking for an experienced and hands-on Working Construction Foreman to join our growing team in Miami, Florida.

We’re seeking a skilled construction professional who can lead on-site operations while actively participating in residential construction, remodeling, repairs, and finishing work.

What You’ll Do

* Lead Daily Operations: Coordinate subcontractors, organize job site activities, and monitor project progress.

* Perform Hands-On Construction: Assist with demolition, site preparation, repairs, installations, and finishing work.

* Plan & Prioritize: Organize daily tasks to meet project schedules and deadlines.

* Ensure Quality: Verify measurements, levels, finishes, and compliance with construction plans and specifications.

* Maintain a Safe Job Site: Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.

* Track & Report Progress: Report completed work, crew hours, material needs, project issues, and next-day priorities.

* Coordinate & Problem-Solve: Communicate with management and subcontractors to resolve challenges and prevent delays.

✅ What We’re Looking For

* Minimum of 3 years of construction experience (required).

* Previous experience as a foreman, lead worker, or in a similar supervisory role preferred.

* Strong hands-on construction skills and experience coordinating subcontractors.

* Knowledge of construction tools, materials, measurements, repairs, and finishing techniques.

* Ability to read and follow construction plans and project instructions.

* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

* Commitment to safety, quality, and job site cleanliness.

* Valid driver’s license (required).

* English proficiency (required).

* Spanish proficiency (required).
