Role Description The Hiring Manager (contract) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for SDR and related roles in a remote, high-growth environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining role requirements with leadership, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments and reference checks. The role will oversee recruiting pipelines, maintain candidate communication, and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that aligns with 's standards for service quality. The Hiring Manager will also support onboarding and training coordination with internal teams, track key hiring metrics, and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and outcomes. This is a remote contract role that requires proactive collaboration across time zones and clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating SDR candidates for cold calling and healthcare sales development roles.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Experience maintaining Service Quality in talent acquisition, ensuring professional candidate interactions and consistent, scalable hiring processes.
• Background in Training or coordinating onboarding activities, supporting new hires in ramping quickly and effectively.
• Proven experience as an SDR Hiring Manager, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or healthcare-related organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and common recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
• Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics and use data to inform decisions and process improvements.
