The business unit manages approximately 4 million tons of product annually from a combination of internal and external global sources. The Logistics and Planning Department plays a critical role within the Supply Chain organization. It is responsible for demand and supply planning, inventory replenishment, and the distribution of products across North America, supporting multiple business segments and ensuring alignment with regional business needs.The Demand Planning Analyst plays a critical role within the Logistics and Planning function, supporting Yara North America’s Supply Chain organization. This role is responsible for assessing the accuracy of the demand forecasts, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in demand planning processes to support business objectives across all product lines and business segments.The Demand Planning Analyst will report to the Logistics & Planning Manager.
