Marketing Coordinator

Location: Portland, OR

Mackenzie is seeking a detail-oriented, deadline-driven, curious, and highly organized marketing coordinator. Tasks include coordination of a large variety of marketing assets, both digital and physical; project management of a variety of processes; proofreading; data organization; and supporting business development pursuits, including proposals. This position is dynamic and engages most of the department’s diverse functions.

• Successful candidates will be:
  • Team players comfortable operating independently;
  • Eager to learn;
  • Eager to improve and document a wide variety of processes;
  • Self-motivated and adept at prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines;
  • Comfortable editing and proofreading;
  • Interested, or have a background, in the Architecture/Engineering industry.
• Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment under deadline;
  • Experience working with vendors (like print shops, photographers, swag vendors, conference organizers);
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign;
  • Experience with project management platforms.

Pay range: $24 - $31.25 per hour

At Mackenzie, we work a hybrid office schedule; all staff work in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with an option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
