Marketing Coordinator

Great marketing happens when ideas become polished, professional materials that help people connect with a brand. ELEETE Real Estate is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will support the creation and execution of marketing materials for our agents and brokerage. This role is focused on bringing marketing initiatives to life—creating assets, supporting social media efforts, preparing materials for events, and helping ensure our agents have the resources they need to effectively promote their businesses. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and enjoys turning concepts into finished products. You’ll work within ELEETE’s established brand standards while helping produce elevated marketing materials that reflect the professionalism and excellence of our company. What You'll Do As our Marketing Coordinator, you will help execute marketing efforts across the brokerage by: Support agents with marketing requests, ensuring materials are completed accurately and on schedule. Update marketing materials for ELEETE agents and brokerage initiatives. Develop social media graphics, digital assets, and promotional materials. Assist with the creation of listing marketing materials, presentations, flyers, guides, and other branded resources. Help manage and organize marketing templates and resources to improve efficiency. Support social media efforts by preparing graphics, content assets, and marketing materials. Assist with planning and preparing materials for brokerage events, trainings, and client-facing experiences. Coordinate event materials, signage, presentations, and other marketing needs. Maintain consistency with ELEETE’s brand guidelines across all materials. Collaborate with leadership and team members to bring marketing projects from concept to completion. Who You Are You are someone who enjoys making things happen. You’re organized, creative, and detail-oriented. You enjoy the production side of marketing—taking an idea, request, or concept and turning it into a polished final product. The ideal candidate is Creative with a strong eye for design and presentation. Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. Comfortable working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas. A strong communicator who enjoys supporting others. Someone who takes pride in creating materials that help others succeed. What You'll Bring 1–3 years of experience creating marketing assets, branded materials, or digital content. Experience producing marketing materials—not just managing marketing strategy. Strong proficiency with Canva. Experience with: Maxa Luxury Presence Mailchimp Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing assets.
