The Marketing Operations Coordinator typically manages the processes, tools and coordination for marketing programs running from GTM planning and budget tracking to campaign coordination and cross‑functional scheduling. WHAT YOU WILL DO Coordinate GTM planning workflows and seasonal marketing program coordination across cross‑functional teams. Track budgets, process purchase orders and flag spend variances to marketing leadership. Build and maintain program documentation and status reporting in Airtable and Excel. Coordinate timelines, deliverables and stakeholder reviews across marketing workstreams. Support pre‑production coordination, asset workflow management and campaign operations. WHAT YOU BRING 3+ years experience in marketing operations, or campaigns. Proficiency in Airtable, Excel, Keynote and Microsoft Office used daily for planning and reporting. Budget tracking and financial management experience across multiple workstreams. Strong detail orientation and clear written communication for cross‑functional stakeholder updates. Experience in a fast‑moving creative or marketing organisation. Adobe CC or project management tool experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
