Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Interdisciplinary Professionals: Work alongside OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and caregivers in therapy methods to encourage continual progress beyond the clinic
• Track and Adjust Treatment Plans: Monitor patient outcomes and modify approaches as necessary, ensuring continuous progress

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
• Continuing education or specialized certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
