Senior Product ManagerOne of The Sage Group's clients is seeking a Senior Product Manager experienced in B2B tech eCommerce, optimization, AB testing and results driven. Client is a cloud content management and file sharing service for businesses. What you can expect Client is hiring a Senior Product Manager, eCommerce Monetization & Growth to lead growth efforts for the Online Business. Responsibilities include optimizing the funnel and A/B testing, as well as driving product-led-growth and monetization strategies. We're looking for a resourceful team member with experience and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.About the Team The eCommerce team is responsible for growing revenue for the Online Business by optimizing the conversion funnels and testing monetization strategies for Online customers. You will report directly to the Director of eCommerce within the Marketing organization for client. You will work with a cross-functional team consisting of product managers, legal, finance, data science, design, engineering, marketing and support. We work in an agile methodology to deliver web features and improvements in biweekly development cycles.About the Role As a Senior Product Manager you'll create and deliver a roadmap for eCommerce across mobile and desktop devices, and global markets. You will wear multiple hats in this role; it's important to have a background in product management, business growth and financials, AB testing, product-led-growth and monetization strategies. You'll work in a cross-functional team to create a seamless and scalable self-service customer experience that drives business growth. This candidate will work cross-functionally to understand how platforms need to evolve to enhance product offerings, promotion, and integration capabilities.Responsibilities Lead the creation of the eCommerce roadmap, execute initiatives, product vision, features, and designs. Lead initiatives around expansion that include overages and monetization testing, partners with SDR teams to bolster initiatives. Lead optimization initiatives of key experiences like Upsell and Upgrade Lead monetization initiatives around New Product Introduction (NPI) for self-service purchasing Oversee the successful completion of simultaneous complex projects that can involve many systems (ie. Adyen, Zuora, Salesforce). Defining business requirements, facilitating UX design, assessing new third-party vendors and their integrations Works with technology partners and/or vendors on the delivery of optimized customer-centric intuitive digital offerings through our eCommerce platform Collaborate internally with finance, legal, data science, sales, marketing, development teams, and externally with clients, to manage the backlog and release planning, incorporate market direction and sort through diverse requirements. Anticipates the impact of change and creates an environment where change can be initiated with minimal disruptions and negative impact. Experience in eCommerce and best practices, willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new trends Proactively updating and creating project documentation as neededWhat we're looking for 6+ years experience as a B2B Product Manager in ecommerce, around changing features, and is very data results driven Data-driven Product Manager with a desired background managing financial goals that determine the success of product releases, with expertise not only in defining KPIs but also low-level metrics Extensive experience leading AB test roadmaps with proven financial success Excellent communication skills and an executive presence to present findings to senior leadership Extensive experience leading user research to explain customer data trends Expert at championing optimizing customer-centric experiences in a global eCommerce realm (web, mobile, apps) and working as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering Expert with scrum methodology – capturing design, business, and web development requirements; and also working with geographically distributed, remote teams Experience managing highly cross-functional, visible projects Experience working closely with data analytics and science engineers Expert working with data tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau Experience with SaaS business models, acquisition, or growth product strategies is a plus Experience using Mouseflow or Pendo is a plus Experience in eCommerce best practices and stay up-to-date on new trends Duration : 6-8 months with potential extension Location : 100% remote in USA Compensation: $80-90hr
