Director, Sales - Foot & Ankle This person will manage the Southwest region (Utah, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee). Job Summary: Create, plan, direct, coordinate and execute strategies to meet customer needs, fulfill customer obligations, and achieve sales and market share objectives.Has principal leadership accountability for overall sales, service and resulting P&L. Leadand develop diverse strategies to support our customers consisting of sales and support employees and processes. Identify,developandmaintainprofessional relationships with key surgeons and accounts. Achieve human capitalobjectives, including employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, and planning for/ensuring consistent application of practices and procedures. Select, train, evaluate,developand discipline sales and operations personnel. Developsales objectivesby product line and territory to support Business Unit and Corporateobjectives. Negotiate and approve contracts. Partner with other sales channels (i.e.Business Solutions) to ensure successful contract development and compliance. Collect and analyze market information tooptimizesales and market share. Develop, analyze,reportand communicate sales data. Manage sales budgets and approve expenses within divisional/Corporate parameters. Host, attend andparticipatein professional meetings (i.e.National Sales Meeting, product launch training meetings, etc.). Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Arts, or equivalent experiencerequired;advance degree in businessa plus. 7+ years of field sales experience in theOrthopaedicor medical device industries 5+ years of sales management experience Profit & Loss experience highly desirable Demonstrated communication,presentationand negotiation skills Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office software (i.e.Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demonstrated ability to plan and execute a variety of strategies to meetobjectives(i.e.sales, training and development, process improvement, change management) Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels, from line-employees to executive clients Posted Date: 05/14/2026 This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
