EchoMind is seeking a Voice AI Quality Analyst to evaluate, test, and improve speech recognition and recitation accuracy across our AI-driven voice platform. The role focuses on analyzing voice inputs, validating AI responses, and enhancing user experience.

EchoMind is seeking a Voice AI Quality Analyst to evaluate, test, and improve speech recognition and recitation accuracy across our AI-driven voice platform. The role focuses on analyzing voice inputs, validating AI responses, and enhancing user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Test voice recognition and recitation outputs for accuracy and clarity
- Analyze AI responses for pronunciation, tone, and fluency
- Log defects and inconsistencies in voice outputs
- Work closely with AI/engineering teams to improve models
- Validate multilingual voice data and recitation flows
- Create quality reports and improvement recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Language / Arts / Science preferred)
- Strong listening and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of AI or voice applications (training provided)
- Excellent verbal comprehension
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with audio tools is a plus
- 0-3 years (Freshers welcome)
