Assembly/Fabrication Supervisor in Apex

Job Description Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a well-established manufacturing company who is hiring an Assembly/Fabrication Supervisor to join their team. The Supervisor plays a key role in driving daily operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring supervisory experience within a manufacturing or assembly setting and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can coordinate schedules, monitor workflow, and collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues and improve processes. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with experience in production systems and continuous improvement methodologies. Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily production activities, ensuring schedules and output targets are achieved Supervise, coach, and develop production staff to improve performance, engagement, and teamwork Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture focused on workplace safety and compliance Monitor product quality and partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste Maintain accurate production data, including labor utilization, material usage, and operational metrics Qualifications 3 plus years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication environment Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow coordination, and shop floor operations Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing Ability to interpret technical drawings, production documentation, and operational data Proficient communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
