Housekeeper PositionIndian Spring Country Club is a private, member-owned country club committed to the highest level of service. We offer a fun, friendly, and caring work environment. We currently have an immediate opening for Housekeepers. Weekend and day shifts available. We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.Qualifications:Regular and reliable attendance.Ability to work independently.Pleasant and upbeat attitude.Ability to multi-task.Ability to bend and move to the requirements of the job.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.Ability to sit, stand, crouch, stoop and kneel if needed.Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.Physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Responsibilities:Daily cleaning for all operations including offices, public spaces and restroom facilities.Performs light and heavy cleaning including window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans.Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to supervisor.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Graciously tends to the needs of members and guests.Always address members needs and requests immediately.Communicate with Manager to ensure all guest/member requests are fulfilled.Availability to work weekends and holidays.Knowledge/ability to vacuum/mop and clean areas.Adhere to Indian Spring CC dress and grooming standards.Employee(s) will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by any person authorized to give instructions or assignments.To perform this job successfully, the employee will possess the skills, aptitudes, and abilities to perform each duty proficiently.
