Utilization Review Coordinator: Clinical Care & Planning

The Calvary Center

Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix seeks an Utilization Review (UR) Coordinator for a full-time daytime role. The position requires clinical screening of admissions, development of treatment plans, and ongoing collaboration with the treatment team, external case managers, and managed care organizations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, mental health, or nursing, at least two years of direct clinical experience, and certifications including Fingerprint Clearance Card, BLS, #J-18808-Ljbffr The Calvary Center
