Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Current California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status required
• Experience providing speech therapy in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 speech and language therapy to students, focusing on individualized goals and progress tracking
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with school personnel and families
• Conduct assessments and document treatment outcomes per regulatory and school guidelines
• Support students’ functional communication across educational settings
• Engage collaboratively with teachers, caregivers, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
