Quality Analyst Senior

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Analyst Senior in Irving, TX. Key Tasks:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of data, software, and system solutions
• Validate data processing workflows, integrations, and business processes for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Design and implement automated testing, quality validation procedures, and monitoring controls to identify and prevent issues
• Document, track, and manage defects through resolution while ensuring appropriate test coverage and traceability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to validate new features, enhancements, and system changes
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities
• Support compliance, security, and governance requirements through appropriate testing and validation practices
• Prepare quality metrics, test status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for project teams and leadership
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, software testing, or a related field required
• Experience testing applications, system integrations, data workflows, or enterprise technology solutions preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Experience with test automation tools, testing frameworks, and quality management methodologies
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and release management processes
• Understanding of quality assurance best practices, testing methodologies, and risk management principles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using defect tracking and test management tools preferred
