What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care for adult oncology patients with diagnoses such as acute leukemia and hematology conditions
• Administer chemotherapy and manage blood products per protocol
• Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias
• Manage IV therapy, central line, PICC, and feeding tube care
• Collaborate with Rapid Response Teams and ensure infection prevention protocols
• Document using EPIC electronic health record system
• Support patient falls prevention and infection control initiatives

What You Need

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license and chemo certification (ONS)
• At least 2 years of general nursing experience
• Inpatient hematology/oncology experience preferred
• Skills in telemetry monitoring, blood product administration, IV therapy, and central line management
• Basic life support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
