Quality Control Inspector

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.Perform routine audits of processes and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards.Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality standards and best practices.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.Reports to Quality ManagerYou should be proficient in:GD&TAS9100 Quality SystemsAerospace ManufacturingFirst Article Inspection (FAI)AS9100 ExperienceBlueprint ReadingMachines & technologies you'll use:Measurement GaugesCalipers and Micrometers #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
