Job Description

Support project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, flagging potential issues early on.
Assist in preparing project documentation, including contracts and reports.
Conduct site visits to ensure work aligns with project specifications and safety standards.
Collaborate with teams to resolve on-site challenges effectively.
Participate in client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager-Orlando-Construction should have:

Experience with construction project coordination and management.
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
