Specifically this position is accountable and responsible for cost, schedule, & performance of the F-22 Combined Test Force and Labs & Infrastructures teams.The EPM Leader drives the successful delivery of complex, high‑impact engineering programs from concept through production. Acting as the nexus between cross‑functional engineering teams, product owners, suppliers, and senior leadership, the EPM ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards. This role also mentors junior project managers, establishes best‑in‑class processes, and continuously improves project execution across the organizationBasic Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in Engineering, or a related STEM field• Experience with and strong understanding of project management concepts and techniques• Experience with EVMS and/or CAM• Final SECRET security clearanceDesired Skills• Experience with F-22 Engineering and Sustainment teams• knowledge of F-22 Command Media / Systems Engineering Processes• CAM training and experience with IFG CAM tools & processes• Experience effectively communicating status, accomplishments and challenges• Demonstrated accountability and proactivity• Demonstrated problem solving skills• Works effectively with minimal guidance• Well developed soft skills interacting with internal team and customers• Passion for the F-22 and the warfighterPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
