You’ll collaborate with E&T functional competency centers to achieve weapon system performance, airworthiness requirements, and deliver mission‑critical capabilities that keep our aircraft and platforms mission‑ready.Your responsibilities will include: Lead new business opportunities to include, but not limited to, establishing Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Statements of Work, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) input requirements definition, and integration of supplier technical engineering activities.Track progress against milestones while managing overall cost and schedule performance and facilitating regular meetings, status reports, and issue‑resolution sessions to mitigate risks and delays.In concert with Chief Engineering, leverage proven processes, lessons learned, and best practices while ensuring organizational standard processes are adapted, approved, and followed.Develop and report metrics relative to overall engineering technical, cost and schedule performance Provide timely and accurate projections of engineering resource requirements, work closely with functional leaders to secure appropriate staffing, and support intra-program arbitration of E&T resourcesPlan and coordinate customer reviews related to all aspects of IMIS. Identify and manage technical and execution risks and opportunities across the programManage supplier technical development and engineering integration activities** Must be a US Citizen.
