Requisition ID: 950ERP Eligible?: YesERP amount: $50 LMRecognitionRelocation: PossibleType: ExemptShift: 1Clearance Prior to Start: SecretFinal Clearance: SecretPay Transparency: $129,000.00 - $239,600.00Experience Level: Experienced ProfessionalFT/PT/Casual: FullTimeDepartment: LM Aeronautics Co- Fort WorthBusiness Unit: LM Aeronautics Co- Fort WorthStandard Job DescriptionWhat You Will Be Doing• The F-35 International Operations Engineer will be an expatriate assignment in Cameri, Italy, specifically providing technical assistance to Leonardo F-35 production. • This role will report directly to the Cameri site director and assist with implementation of strategic initiatives, daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and co-leading daily meetings to address production constraints• Partners with management and aids in the development of the team strategy for the Italy Technical Assistance Team (TAT), helping to identify opportunities to further improve Leonardo performance• Capable of analyzing the sequence of operations and workflows to improve efficiencies in plant production facilities, administrative processes, facility and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel• Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, engineering time studies, and process cycle times.
