Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.Minimum of one year of experience in operations, project management, process improvement, industrial engineering, quality, or a related function.Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, root-cause analysis, value-stream mapping, or industrial engineering principles.Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Desired SkillsSimulation ExperienceExperience analyzing operational data and translating findings into practical recommendations.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higherDemonstrated success delivering significant cost savings, productivity improvements, cycle-time reductions, quality improvements, or capacity gains.Knowledge of statistical analysis, process capability, control charts, hypothesis testing, regression, and measurement-system analysis.Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Minitab, SQL, or equivalent applications.Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, workflow technology, or business-process management systemsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
