Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.Minimum of three years of experience in operations, project management, process improvement, industrial engineering, quality, or a related function.Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, root-cause analysis, and value-stream mapping.Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, manage risks, coordinate resources, and deliver measurable results.Facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Desired SkillsMaster’s degree in Industrial engineering, operations management, organizational leadership, or a related discipline.Experience analyzing operational data and translating findings into practical recommendations.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.Change-management certification, such as Prosci, CCMP, or an equivalent qualification.Knowledge of statistical analysis, process capability, control charts, hypothesis testing, regression, and measurement-system analysis.Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Minitab, SQL, or equivalent applications.Simulation ExperiencePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
