You have arrived at your career destination~ Join us! Who You AreSenior Price Cost Analyst What You Will Be DoingIn this position, you will be responsible for complex supplier proposals. Responsibilities include:• Review supplier proposals, • cost and pricing data submitted and all other factors provided by supplier in support of their proposal. • Confer with suppliers and analyze supplier operations to determine factors that affect price. • Prepare reports and charts that present findings. • Negotiate standard and non-standard contracts with suppliers. • Maintain communications to ensure timely contract execution by parties. • Provide final contract negotiation documents that are consistent with agreements reached in negotiations. • Plan and participate in training of Price/Cost Analysis practices and negotiation techniques to company personnel.Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice. Further Information About This OpportunityThis position is located in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Must be a US Citizen, and have the ability to obtain a Secret ClearanceAeroSCM Develop supplier capture strategy for pursuit of long-range objectives and strategic plans to ensure effective material integration on program campaign pursuits, and establish new or renewed contracts. Performs and documents price/cost analysis on a variety of proposals for development, production and sustainment of major systems. Analyzes supplier's projected estimated costs for reasonableness, reviewing in detail the significant direct cost elements of material, labor, and special tooling. Evaluations of supplier proposals are provided to the government customer and used in prime proposal pricing. Develops negotiation strategies and concludes both supplier and prime negotiations to achieve company profit objectives and customer affordability goals.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's from an accredited college or university• Experience in 2 or more of the following fields: - Cost Analysis - Negotiations - Statistics / Mathematics - Financial Analysis - Price Analysis - Accounting - Engineering - Procurement / Supply Chain - Advanced in Microsoft ExcelDesired Skills• Experience with government contracts, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)• Experience in negotiating FAR 15, TINA proposals• Experience in cost analysis and evaluation techniques used in assessing supplier proposals• Experience communicating departmental and program messages to both Lockheed Martin personnel, as well as the customer• Experience operating in a fast paced environmentPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
